This site, mishkazel.com, is the personal website of Maxim Alexandrovich Mikhailov (the “operator”), Zelenograd, Moscow, Russia. Email: max300065@ya.ru. The Russian-language site mishkazel.ru has its own privacy policy.
Nothing on its own. The site has no cookies, no analytics and no user accounts. The message form does not send anything to the site's server: when you press “Send”, a message is composed in your own email app and goes directly to the operator's mailbox. So the operator receives only what you choose to write: your name, your email address and the text of your message.
The web server does not keep access logs. Its technical error log may record the IP address of a request that caused an error; such logs are deleted automatically after about two weeks.
Your details are used only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form and by sending the message, and Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on personal data, which applies to the operator. The operator does not use your details for mailings or advertising and does not pass them to third parties, unless the law requires it or you ask the operator to forward your message to a public body or an organisation.
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to reply and to help with the matter you raised, and no longer than one year after the last message. On request it is deleted earlier.
You may ask what details about you are held, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to max300065@ya.ru from the address you used for your message, and you will receive a reply within the period set by law.
Messages are kept in the operator's mailbox with Yandex, a Russian email provider, on servers in Russia; the mailbox is protected by a password and two-factor authentication. Nothing you send is published on the site.
If this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
