Contact me
A question about Zelenograd, a request from a journalist or researcher, or a note from a fellow local activist: write to me. I read and answer every message myself. Messages in English are welcome.
Message form
When you press “Send”, the message opens in your own email app; this site does not store or transmit anything itself.
What I can help with
- If you live in Zelenograd: which body is responsible for your problem (the housing maintenance company, the district administration, the prefecture, a clinic or a supervisory agency) and how to write so that you get a substantive answer.
- If you write about Russia: how local self-government and public services work in a Moscow district, seen from the inside, with dates and documents where I have them.
- If you organise neighbours elsewhere: I would be glad to compare notes.
- Decisions are made by authorities and organisations, not by me. I promise only one thing: to help you write an appeal that cannot be brushed off.
What not to send
Passport or ID numbers, medical details, and other people's personal data without their consent. For a first message, a description of the matter is enough.
